Overspending is easy.

It’s easy to overspend at the supermarket, the shopping mall, the cafe, at the corner shop, at the market, at the department store and even when we buy our lunch!

Social media, magazines, TV and marketers encourage us, consciously and unconsciously, to buy it all… spend it all… have it all… own it all… see it all… do it all… get in debt for it all… and THEN to… tidy it all… declutter it all… trash it all… sell it all… ditch it all… minimise it all.

There’s so much pressure on us in January to improve ourselves, our homes, our lives, our health, our families, our diet and our money. That’s a lot of pressure.

But what IF we… don’t?

What IF this year we decide that we’re, sort of, ok to tread our own path? What IF this year we ignore the social pressures? What IF we do what’s right for us?

That’s what I do. I do what works for me.
